The Southern California Counseling Center is honoring Celina Alvarez, Executive Director of Housing Works with the Chairperson's Award at their Spring Bash Event this year! 
This is a huge honor as the SCCC's mission is to change lives and strengthen communities by providing affordable mental health care to those in need. 

We would like to share this anticipated event on Friday May 2nd presented by the Immaculate Heart Community, "Radical Compassion" with Panelists FR.Greg Boyle, Founder of Homeboy Industries; SR. Suzanne Jabro, Border Compassion Chief Inviter and Cross- Over Guide; and SR. Judy Vaughn, The Founding Director of Alexandria House.

Celina Alvarez, Executive Director of Housing Works will be facilitating this important conversation about what it's like working on the front lines of homelessness and making a better future for people who need it most.
